They crossed the line 33 seconds ahead of the nr 4 Pekaracing Corvette of Hezemans and Kumpen, while the nr 2 Vitaphone Racing Team Maserati MC 12 of Müller and Ramos finished third, to put their recent bad luck behind them and give Miguel Ramos an extremely popular home win.

They finished ahead of the nr 1 Vitaphone Maserati MC 12 of Michael Bartels and Andrea Bertolini who despite 80 kg success ballast regained the lead of the GT1 Drivers classification with the nr 33 Vitaphone Racing Team DHL Maserati MC 12 of Alessandro Pier Guidi and Matteo Bobbi third. Hezemans and Kumpen in the nr 4 Pekaracing Corvette were sixth losing their points lead but also significantly reducing the weight of their car for the next round in the Algarve.
In GT2 the nr 60 Prospeed Competition Porsche 997 GT3 RSR recovered from the back of the grid to overtake the nr 50 AF Corse Ferrari and secure the victory on the very last lap Richard Westbrook and Emmanuel Collard claiming their third win of 2009. Toni Vilander and Gianmaria Bruni finished second despite carrying a total of 100 kg penalty weight to retain a two-point lead. Paolo Ruberti and Matteo Malucelli in the nr 77 BMS Scuderia Italia Ferrari 430 GT2 finished third; their best result of the season so far.
Luis Perez Companc in the nr 95 Pecom Racing Team Ferrari 430 GT2 won the Citation Cup for gentlemen drivers.

Uploaded on Jul 30, 2009 Aisling Ridout / Greenlight Television Footage Type: TV programming Restrictions: Only authorised users may downloadThe nr 4 PK Corvette Z06 of Anthony Kumpen, Mike Hezemans, Jos Menten and Kurt Mollekens claimed victory in this year's running of the Total 24 Hours of Spa, finishing ahead of the nr 33 Vitaphone Racing Team DHL Maserati MC 12 of Pierguidi, Lemeret, Rosenblad and Vosse. Third across the line was the leading G2 car, the nr 111 Phoenix Audi R8 LMS in an excellent finish for the car. The Nissan Motorsport Nissan GT-R of Krumm, Turner and Davidson finished third in GT1, an excellent result for the 2010-generation car in its first 24-hour race.
GT4 European Cup - Round 4 - Spa - 26 Highlights

For the second race at Spa, on a sunny Saturday morning, the GT4s went out on to the track, 45 seconds after the Dutch GT4 cars got started. The race was less eventful than yesterday's, with a much lower attrition rate; Michael Mallock in the nr32 RS Williams Aston Martin GT4 took the victory. After yesterday's puncture that took away their chances for a podium, Buncombe and Ordoñez in the nr14 RJN Motorsport Nissan 350Z claimed second place. Pierre-Brice Mena in the nr18 BMW M3 took 3rd ahead of Henry Fletcher and Hunter Abbott in the nr6 Ginetta G50 who were tailing him until the end. Pole setter Maxime Martin in the nr55 Ice Pole Racing Team Porsche 997 GT3 retired in the 4th lap due to mechanical issues.
Denis Donkervoort won the Supersports category for the second time this weekend in his nr103 Donkervoort D8GT. Augustin Eder came second in the nr108 KTM Xbow with Athanasios Ladas taking 3rd in the nr109 KTM Xbow.
